The Board of Directors has the option to contract with a professional management company to handle the day-to-day operations of the Home Owners Association. The property management company is Ghertner & Company.

Other duties may require the On-site Property Manager to be in the community assisting the Property Manager with issues, including property inspections, CC&Rs and ARC compliance.

You may call or e-mail to confirm the On-Site Manager will be in the office (located at the swim club).

The On-site manager will assist you with obtaining pool access key cards, parking passes (as per swim club parking rules), and swim club reservations (non-exclusive).
